(tarrif rates at Russian Railways are like for standard 20' containers, external dimensions are standard )
Loading of bulk cargo is made through upper hatches, unloading - through lower side hatches due to the gravity of the cargo itself (loading/unloading is carried out without removing container from railway platform/car trailer). Container has internal coating of moisture-resistant plywood (also for transportation of aggressive goods, for example, potassium chloride), elemination e.g. big bags. Possibility of storaging cargo incl. in stacks of containers. Possibility of transportation packaged goods. Installation of steam and thermal insulation is possible.
Tara weight: 4,5 tons, cargo capacity: 34 tons, internal volume: 34 м3
Designed for transportation of bulk cargo with a density from 0.275 tons/m3 (wood chips) up to 2.5 tons/m3 (apatite concentrate). Patented lifting floor design allows complete unloading.
Tara weight: 4,5 tons, cargo capacity: 34 tons, internal volume: 24,5 м3
Designed for transportation of bulk cargo with density from 2.5 tons/m3 (alabaster) up to 3.6 tons/m3 (copper concentrate). Patented oblique prism design allows complete unloading.
Transportation of liquid cargo in containers of models ICT-4 (A), ICT-4 (B) is carried out in a removable module (when module is removed, it is also possible to transport packaged goods), which is installed inside container at container yard. Loading is carried out through upper loading hatches. Unloading is carried out due to the gravity of the cargo itself (loading/unloading is carried out without removing the container from railway platform/car trailer). Unique design of module floor ensures complete unloading of cargo (except for highly viscous liquids).
Using different modules, you can transport different types of liquid cargo (from drinking water to oil and oil product.) in the same container.
Possibility of creating mobile warehouses for storing liquid cargo (including oil products). Design of container drain device allows all containers in a stack to be connected together (when stored in an open area) and to drain liquid cargo from them under due to gravity of cargo without using pumps or other equipment.
